Thank you for shopping with My Candies UAE! We deliver sweet happiness across the UAE through our reliable courier partners. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our customized candy gift boxes.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and take 5 working days to prepare before dispatch.
During busy seasons or for large orders (50+ units), please allow extra time for preparation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

🇦🇪 UAE-Wide Delivery

We deliver across all Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain.
Standard delivery times: 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
Delivery partner: We use trusted third-party couriers for safe and efficient delivery.

🚛 Delivery Fees

Rates: AED 20 - 50 across UAE
Free delivery for orders above AED 1000
Bulk/corporate orders may qualify for discounted or free delivery – contact us directly for special arrangements.

🎁 Custom & Corporate Orders

As all of our candy boxes are customized to order, we recommend placing large orders at least 7–10 days in advance, especially for events, corporate gifting, or branded campaigns.

❌ No International Shipping (Currently)

We currently only ship within the United Arab Emirates.

📬 Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and delivery instructions are correct.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-delivery charges may apply.
