At My Candies UAE, we take pride in creating beautifully curated, customized candy gift boxes for your special events, corporate functions, and branded giveaways.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

❌ No Returns or Refunds

  • All candy gift boxes are customized per order (with optional branding, stickers, messages, or color selection), and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, incorrect selection, or event cancellations.

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell edible products once they have left our facility.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We only replace items if they are received damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If this happens:

  1. Please email us at admin@mycandies.info within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a short description.

  3. Our team will review and contact you regarding the next steps.
