Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

All candy gift boxes are customized per order (with optional branding, stickers, messages, or color selection), and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, incorrect selection, or event cancellations.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell edible products once they have left our facility.

We only replace items if they are received damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
