Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

❌ No Returns or Refunds

  • All candy gift boxes are customized per order (with optional branding, stickers, messages, or color selection), and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, incorrect selection, or event cancellations.

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell edible products once they have left our facility.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We only replace items if they are received damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If this happens:

  1. Please email usΒ at admin@mycandies.info within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a short description.

  3. Our team will review and contact you regarding the next steps.
